Our private 4BR, 2.5BA 3 car garage home, is an ideal vacation rental for those who want to get back to nature while keeping modern convenience close at hand. Our midtown location makes getting to skiing, swimming, restaurants and shops easy – and relaxation easier.
The spacious fenced backyard is the perfect place cook on the brand new Weber gas grill, or sink into the private hot tub. Bringing your bike? Access to the new bike path is right across the street!
INSIDE THE HOUSE
High ceilings frame the master bedroom, where a king-size sleigh bed, bright bay windows and fireplace await. The master en suite bathroom features a double-sink, jetted tub and tiled standing shower.
Guests will be comfortable in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, which both include queen-size beds. Bringing the kids? They will love the 2 full beds in the 4th bedroom which also includes a tv/dvd player. There’s no line to brush your teeth here: this home includes a 2nd full bathrooms with a shower/tub combo and an additional powder room.
The spacious living room features lovely vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. Lounge on overstuffed seating and watch the flat screen TV beside the gas fireplace. Enjoy the forest and mountain views, or step out to the deck to enjoy the fresh alpine air. There's also an arcade, 65" flat screen HDTV upstairs.
Access to the lower deck and bubbly hot tub is right off of the downstairs family room which offers additional seating, a TV, and a Wii inside the game room, and for the kids there are plenty of games, and sleds are available as well.
Dinner is easy in the chef’s kitchen, which features a large center island with granite counters and breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Savor your meal together at the adjacent rustic wood table with plenty of room for the whole crew.
While you're enjoying the natural splendor of South Lake Tahoe, you will know that the home is powered by grid-connected rooftop solar panels to help reduce your carbon footprint. There's also a Level 2 Electric Vehicle charger in the garage to top off your EV.
Travel just 6 minutes to Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort where there’s something for everyone with skiing and snowboarding, tubing, zip-lining, and the new mountain coaster! A 7-minute drive takes you to the shops and eateries of Stateline and Heavenly Village, or to the shores of the scenic lake for sunbathing and watersports.
Want to try some local cuisine? Stop by the lakeside Riva Grill for the fresh catch of the day, or visit Freshie’s Restaurant for Hawaiian-themed eats, both within a 7 minute drive from home!
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 12 people and 5 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM; violations will result in immediate fine!
